It is uncommon locality of wetland ecosystem community. Area is 0,86 hectare, land register territory Morávka, published in 1990.
The Byčinec nature sanctuary gesticulates on the slopes of border edge of Moravia-Silesian Beskydy. It is formed by slope spring meadows area and grassland in valley of Byčinec Stream of right-hand side inflow of Morávka River.
This locality was published as a nature sanctuary thanks of population of watery and turf meadows and mountain grasslands with presence of valued, endangered and especially protected kinds of plants and animal. The locality is woodless; it is life environment for endangered kinds of reptiles and amphibians. Affect here Lizard Common, Viper Common, Eft Mountain and Eft Common, Jumper Brown and Froglet Yellow-belly. In the surrounding was several times watched wolf European.
